Project Background:
1)Henan YuanDa Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has taken the production workshop for human rabies vaccine (hamster kidney cell) as the core construction unit, and simultaneously launched MES, SCADA, WMS, and LIMS systems. Through the implementation and integration of each system, it has achieved automatic collection of production data, information management of the production process, information management of factory warehouses, and information management of laboratory testing. As a result, digital interfaces have been connected between the warehouse and workshop, warehouse and laboratory, and workshop and laboratory. Through information technology construction, the management level of the production site for human rabies vaccine has been elevated, enabling real-time understanding and control of the operational status of the production site. This enhancement has strengthened the management of quality during the production process, fulfilling the requirements of the "Vaccine Administration Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Good Manufacturing Practice for Pharmaceutical Products (revised in 2010)" Article 59 of the Biological Products Appendix, the "Requirements for Drug Records and Data Management (Trial)" and other regulations related to data integrity.
2)The MES system, based on Siemens EBR, manages various aspects of production, including production material flow, equipment, batch records, approval processes, batch record summaries, and data communication with SCADA. It also interfaces with the WMS system to achieve seamless material connections. The SCADA system utilizes Wincc as the acquisition software to collect data from tank systems, EMS systems, water systems, chromatography systems, and tank packaging systems.
The WMS system covers the entire material flow process, from purchase and receipt, inventory management, production material requisition, production material return, to sales outbound. It fulfills functions such as material management, quality inspection sampling, inbound and outbound inventory, inventory returns, inventory checks, and inventory reports. The system also implements data interfaces to connect with the MES production management system.
The entire project comprises three systems, and the synchronous implementation of these three systems effectively achieves comprehensive informatization in warehouse management and production management.
