Master data and business modeling:
This functional module manages core business data such as laboratory request types, sample types, inspection items, inspection standards, organizational positions, label templates, and report templates. It also conducts business modeling based on actual inspection needs, clarifying standardized operations for each business segment according to the CNAS and ISO 17025 systems. When inspection business requirements arise, it performs standardized, automated, and normalized business processes and data management according to the business model.
Inspection process management:
The inspection process management realizes the overall control of the core inspection process in the laboratory, including inspection requests, sampling/sampling, label printing, sample registration, sample reception, task allocation, result entry, data verification, report preparation, report review, report issuance, report release and archiving. The LIMS system is designed and developed in accordance with the inspection process management requirements in the CNAS and 17025 system specifications, to achieve automated and information-based management of inspection business.
Sample management:
Manage the labeling, ledger, storage location, inbound and outbound, expiration date, destruction, and query of samples in the LIMS system. By using barcode identification, the lifecycle information management of samples/retention samples can be achieved.
