WELL-LIMS Standard Version

WELL-LIMS Standard Version is a lightweight LIMS product launched by Wellthinic Technology on the occasion of its 10th anniversary for small and medium-sized enterprises in the industry. The WELL-LIMS standard version has the characteristics of convenience, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, and is highly trusted by domestic small and medium-sized enterprises.


WELL-LIMS Standard Edition focuses on the management of laboratory testing business processes, helping production enterprises QC laboratories and R&D laboratories achieve information, automation, and convenient management of core laboratory testing business.


The product features of this version include: master data and business modeling, inspection process management, sample management, report management, instrument collection, system integration, and data reporting.


Master data and business modeling:

This functional module manages core business data such as laboratory request types, sample types, inspection items, inspection standards, organizational positions, label templates, and report templates. It also conducts business modeling based on actual inspection needs, clarifying standardized operations for each business segment according to the CNAS and ISO 17025 systems. When inspection business requirements arise, it performs standardized, automated, and normalized business processes and data management according to the business model.


Inspection process management:

The inspection process management realizes the overall control of the core inspection process in the laboratory, including inspection requests, sampling/sampling, label printing, sample registration, sample reception, task allocation, result entry, data verification, report preparation, report review, report issuance, report release and archiving. The LIMS system is designed and developed in accordance with the inspection process management requirements in the CNAS and 17025 system specifications, to achieve automated and information-based management of inspection business.


Sample management:

Manage the labeling, ledger, storage location, inbound and outbound, expiration date, destruction, and query of samples in the LIMS system. By using barcode identification, the lifecycle information management of samples/retention samples can be achieved.


Report/Report Management:

The WELL-LIMS system product provides a powerful report management platform that enables the configuration of report and data report templates through a drag-and-drop interface. The LIMS system automatically generates reports/statements based on these templates. These include sample reports, certificates,quality reports, daily/weekly/monthly reports, testing progress reports, personnel KPI reports, laboratory operation reports, and more.


Instrument collection:

The LIMS system connects automated analytical instruments of different interface types to the system, automatically collects equipment testing data, and ensures the accuracy and authenticity of the testing data. Including: workstation equipment (gas/liquid chromatography, infrared analysis, photometer, ion analysis, etc.), serial port equipment (balance, titrator, pH meter, etc.), and network version equipment/system.


System integration:
