Canada Royal Milk is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Feihe Dairy, located in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. The factory has passed the highest-standard inspection by Canadian health authorities. Relying on top-tier hardware facilities and a rigorous management system, it has become the largest and highest-standard infant formula processing plant in North America, setting a quality benchmark in the industry.

Wellthinic Technology project team was well aware of the strict requirements for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in the North American and focused precisely from the project's inception. On one hand, it deeply aligned with the factory's personalized needs in production process control and quality traceability; on the other hand, it tailored solutions based on the factory's advanced production processes and strict compliance standards. Ultimately, the team helped the customer achieve multiple goals of "improved production efficiency, reduced quality risks, and full process traceability management".
