Solution Description:

Based on the VMware virtualization network architecture and PCS7 control system, it designs and deploys an efficient and stable network architecture for the more than 60,000 square meter park, more than 60 air-conditioning units, and nearly 50 sets of process water treatment systems. It uses core switch stacking and dedicated line point-to-point access to ensure network stability and transmission efficiency. Through local storage, network archiving, and third-party backup, it provides triple-layer protection for data security. It provides customized programming services to achieve a one-stop BMS control solution, supporting one-click switching of multiple modes, seamless switching between manual and automatic operation of equipment, and safety interlock functions. It meets the requirements of GMP and production related regulations, and implements computerized system validation (CSV) in batches and stages to ensure that electronic records can be traced back to the SAT stage, meeting compliance and production requirements.
