Solution Description:
Mengniu and Wellthinic Technology cooperated to deploy a digital factory solution featuring "group-level control + site implementation". This solution achieved comprehensive digital management of the QC laboratories of 36 production factories and 2 central laboratories. Through a highly integrated system architecture, it completed the automatic collection of 90% of the data from testing instruments, covering 2,500 testing instruments, and realized the electronic management of the original records of 1,400 inspection methods. In the normal-temperature milk production line, with the Wellthinic Technology MES system as the core, it integrated ERP, LIMS, pre-treatment DCS and filling machine, covered the entire process from raw material reception, production process to finished product warehousing, eliminated paper records and manual operations, and improved product quality and production efficiency, laying a solid foundation for Mengniu to achieve a smart factory.
