Delivered Function:

  • Combustible and toxic gas detectors are installed in the SPG workshop, TF workshop, and various Class A warehouses as flame detectors for gases that are prone to spontaneous combustion (AsH3, PH3, B2H6, SiH2Cl2, etc.)

  • The signal from the gas detector is transmitted to the Life Safety System (LSS) in the fire control room of the factory area, which displays the concentration of flammable and toxic gases in real time

  • Alarm for detector concentration exceeding limits and flame detection, and trigger safety interlock actions to prevent fires, explosions, or personal accidents
