Health Products —— Process Automation Control

Abbott is a global leading medical and health enterprise, committed to providing consumers with safe, high-quality, and innovative nutritional products and medical solutions. With the technical strength accumulated over a century and a strict quality management system, Abbott has set up multiple modern production bases globally, always focusing on providing high-quality nutritional support for infants, adults, and people with special medical needs. Through cooperation with Wellthinic Technology, it comprehensively introduced the PCS7 and BATCH automation and batch management system, realizing that the batch process control system and all operation information, modification information, and login information in the entire production process can be recorded throughout the process.

Solution Description:

The process automation control solution customized by Wellthinic Technology for Abbott based on the Siemens PCS7 and BATCH platform follows the ISA-88 batch control standard. Through a modular batch control structure, it covers the automation control of key process links such as batching, mixing, homogenization, and sterilization, ensuring the standardized execution of the production process. This solution completely records all operation, modification, and login information, supporting the data traceability of the entire production process. The solution also includes a hierarchical permission management mechanism to ensure the security of system operations and data integrity. Through advanced control algorithms, it realizes the precise adjustment and stable control of key process parameters, providing a solid digital foundation for Abbott's nutritional product production to reach international quality standards.
