The enterprise has invested heavily in introducing world leading intelligent equipment and adopted the wet blending process. Fresh milk sources are accurately mixed with scientifically proportioned nutrients in a liquid state, followed by spray drying. This process not only ensures the uniformity and stability of nutrient components, but also improves product solubility and bioavailability, making it Canada's first infant formula produced via this advanced method.
Through its strategic cooperation with Wellthinic Technology, the enterprise has achieved comprehensive technological upgrading of intelligent production lines and quality inspection links, and established a high standard quality control and traceability system covering the entire process. Solution Description:
Centered on the comprehensive upgrading of the intelligent manufacturing system, the solution builds an integrated information platform led by MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and supported by LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) as a key tool. It deeply integrates ERP, WMS, DRP and automation control systems to achieve high-level collaboration among multiple systems. The system fully covers core business links such as raw milk reception, pasteurization, work order execution, formula management, material flow, production process control, error prevention and quality control, and features outstanding multi-system integration and in-depth interaction capabilities with automated equipment. Meanwhile, from multiple dimensions, including standardization of milk collection processes, regularization of laboratory testing, refined material management, precise dispensing control, full-chain quality traceability, digital analysis of equipment performance, standardization of cleaning management, and electronic operation of SOPs and controlled records, the solution comprehensively improves management efficiency.
